Service Availability

We deliver to the contiguous United States, excluding the non-contiguous states of Alaska and Hawaii.

For reasons beyond the control of ENSENADA S.A.S., the carrier reserves the right not to deliver to remote addresses. In those cases, the customer will be notified and must provide an alternative address for the delivery of the order.

Delivery Time

The delivery time is 9 business days, counted from the date of payment. However, for reasons beyond ENSENADA S.A.S., delays could occur. Reasons for the delay could include:

•         Unforeseen circumstances
•         Delivery area
•         Weather or traffic conditions

Shipping Costs

The shipping costs may vary and will depend on the delivery address entered by the customer and the number of items contained in the order.

All of our shipments are international and originate in Colombia. For this reason and because we want our customers in the United States to be able to enjoy our products, part of the freight cost will be assumed by us. The value that you will see reflected in the Checkout will already have the value assumed by ENSENADA S.A.S.

Changes or corrections on the address may have an additional cost and this will be assumed by ENSENADA S.A.S.

Tracking

ENSENADA S.A.S. will notify the client when the order has been shipped and the Client will be responsible for checking the progress of the delivery by using the carrier's tracking number, as well as providing solutions to any notifications from the carrier.

Unable To Delivery

In the event that the carrier issues notifications and these cannot be resolved due to lack of contact with the client, the delivery of the order will be made to an alternative address that belongs to ENSENADA S.A.S., where it will be stored until the client communicates to arrange a new shipment at his/her own expense.

In case the carrier can not deliver the package to the shipping address due to access limitations to the property, the delivery could be rescheduled or the package left at the entrance of the house, or building.

Risk And Title

The product(s) will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the product(s) will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges.
